He has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and successfully implemented two full lifecycle SAP projects, six production support projects and one Unicode upgrade project.

He has worked on different SAP Netweaver components like SAP BW, CRM, Portal, TREX and Solution Manager. Also has business knowledge exposure with different ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence systems and focus on system integration among them.

His major expertise is in SAP BASIS solution architecture design and implementation, Unicode upgrade, application and database administration support, proactive performance monitoring and tuning, problem analysis and resolution.
