Speaker Biography:

Augustine joined HP in October 1997 as an IT manager for the Print, Voice and Data services across Canada. Since 2004 he works as a worldwide Project Manager responsible for ITIL/ITSM process development and deployment, and also delivers ITIL training on a regular basis. His role consists in designing and managing ITIL processes enabling the delivery of hp outsourcing and consulting businesses.
Before joining HP, Augustine worked as an operation manager in a large financial company responsible for developing and managing the enterprise network infrastructure. He also worked as an application development manager in various companies.
Augustine is both ITIL Master and PMP certified, and as well a certified ISO/IEC20000 Consultant/Auditor.
