Mr. Algate is a Technology Recruiter for all areas of IT and business in general, for all levels from Help Desk through to CIO. His areas of expertise are in contract assignments for technical and business professionals and permanent full-time employment opportunities (eg. Consultants, PM, BA, ERP, DB Dev./Admin./DW/ETL, Security, Admin., App. & Web Dev., BCP/DR, ITIL, Infrastructure, Networking, etc.).
Mr. Algate focuses on finding top talent regardless of the skill set. He works to represent Candidates accurately, honestly, and with integrity to Sapphire's Fortune 1000 clientele. Although the majority of the roles he focuses on are in Southern Ontario (ie. GTA), he works on what is in the best interests his Candidates, and has the ability to represent them to opportunities right across Canada.
Mr. Algate is located at our Sapphire's Bay & Bloor Office, and has been with Sapphire for over 6 years, achieved #1 in Full-time Permanent Placements in 2007, President's Club's multiple times, and assists his team on a daily basis as a Mentor and Trainer as well."
