Mr. Jamal Hindash has been in the Project Management arena for more than 13 years and
he brings this valuable hands-on experience to the realm of
teaching PM standards and methodologies.  As such, Mr. Hindash is able to
relate contextual PMI standards and concepts to real life instances as a result of
his previous work.  

Specific IT projects in applications development and
IT infrastructure within multiple environments such as Government,
500 fortune companies, banking and telecom providers have given Jamal
the solid grounds for superb presentation and high relevance to the subject matter.

Some instances of previous projects are: 

• Re-engineering of mission-critical, core business software application for a major Government agency with project's net worth of $ 30 million.  Total upgrade of their IT infrastructure from legacy to ERP client-server environment.
   
• Project’s value was $ 6.5 million with saving on this project has of $ 1.2 million and 2 months lead time on delivery ahead of schedule.
  
• Initiation and launch of a major web based Real Estate/Property Management system and Portal.   Total value of project was around $ 20 million.  Full SDLC stages and PM techniques and methodologies have been followed strictly and explicitly.  Project was completed in 2 years and with a saving of $ 3.5 million on initial investment.
